Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
To provide high quality web chat support for a leading MMORPG, taking care not to leave your support group undermanned at any time.
Answer incidents via in-game tools
Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the gaming community
Escalating product related issues to your team leader or product specialist.
Work as part of your team to consistently achieve service levels.
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
To be courteous at all times to customers, be they internal or external.
Ensure that you are aware of any common faults or support scenarios.
Be aware of any changes in service in your particular field.
Report any issues concerning your equipment to your Team Leader.
Compliance:
Understand and comply with all company and client security requirements
To ensure compliance with all relevant areas of the security audit and ensure appropriate actions are instigated to rectify any shortfall.
Perform any other reasonable duties that may be requested
Personal Requirements:
Passion for playing MMORPGs
Professional and competent in dealing with customers
A strong motivation & high level of commitment
Excellent literacy skills
Ability to work as part of team.
Ability to take both positive and negative feedback on board and work towards making improvements based on this feedback

Salary: €20,000 - €25,000, shift allowance, benefits
